From the beginning of my career, I’ve made it a priority to understand clients early in the relationship, when the right guidance matters most. Many come to me after realizing they may be on the wrong path—after receiving advice that doesn’t fit their goals, being offered products that don’t meet their needs, or feeling overwhelmed by the details of building a thoughtful mortgage plan. A central focus of my work is helping clients make mortgage and lending decisions that support a more secure retirement. Because every borrower’s situation—and stage of life—is different, I take time to review their current mortgage structure and identify stronger options for approval, renewal, refinancing, or debt positioning with retirement readiness in mind. I also provide refinancing guidance, new construction and draw mortgages, acreage and country residential financing, and support for major renovations.
